Objective:  To provide a high-end selection of entertainment and performers to assist in achieving a fitting end to an action-packed weekend of thrilling motor racing and world-class music.

Delivery:  African drummers and fire twirlers dressed in racing suits started the night with a bang as they welcomed guests on arrival.  One of Melbourne’s well-known DJs, Mitch Kurz kept the dance floor warm before welcoming superstar DJ act, Havana Brown to the stage.  UV painted podium dancers, UV Hula Hoop shows and confetti cannons kept guests entertained throughout the evening also.  The night was an overall success with entertainment and Formula 1 drivers and Australian celebrities.

Event: Vanessa & Elliot’s Wedding

Venue: Private Acreage

Objective: Elegant Party

Delivery: Encompassing the divine natural surrounds of the family’s outer Melbourne property, a French provincial style outdoor ceremony was created on a picturesque cliff. The black and white party marquee was complete with over 180 plants and copious amounts of exposed bulbs, creating an eccentrically styled reception. Entertainment was never ending, with a duo, a trio, a DJ and a rocking 8 piece band!

Event: 2011 Christmas Celebration

Client: KPMG

Venue: The Grand Hyatt, Melbourne

Objective: Development and management of the most creative 60s inspired entertainment and activities for the annual KPMG Christmas function.

Delivery: Stan Walker, Collective Live and Melbourne’s hottest DJs were organised in the main dance arena, along with 60s inspired entertainment for the entertainment zones. Activities included floral headband making station, Andy Warhole photo station, dance heads booth, photo booth, go-go girls, wax hands and silent disco.

Event:  Lifestyle Party – World Cup Sailing

Client:  ISAF Sailing World Cup

Venue: Sandringham Yacht Club

Pax: 1,000

Objective: To create and develop the most exciting, fashionable party to celebrate the ISAF Sailing World Cup in Melbourne.

Delivery: Along with the stunning weather, the entertainment for the 2012 Lifestyle Party was the highlight of the day.  The day began with talented acoustic guitarist/singer, Josh Anaf, followed by Collective Live really getting guests into it.  Pineda Covalin were featured in the Fashion Runway that was supported by Chloe Maggs’ amazing solo performance.

Event: Matthew & Jared’s Bar Mitzvah

Venue: Atlantic South Wharf

Objective: Futuristic Glow Party

Delivery: The creation and implementation of a 3D screen, fun and exciting activities for guests including DJ Master Class, photo booth, stack cups and engraving, along with fire breathing flair bar tenders and amazing entertainment ensured all guests had the time of their lives!

Event:  Blogopolis – 2011 Bloggers Conference

Client:  Nuffnang

Venue:  Zinc, Federation Square

Objective:  Australia’s blogging community comes together from all corners of the country to educate, learn and foster the growth of the Australian blogosphere.  Blogopolis is a conference put on for bloggers, by bloggers.

Delivery:  High quality keynote speakers, state-of-the-art audio visual setup and a fantastic venue with an abundance of great food were instrumental to achieving the client’s overall key event objectives.

Event: Yasmin’s Bat Mitzvah

Catering: The Big Group & Nandos Event Truck

Objective: Avatar

Delivery: Guests felt like they had stepped onto Planet Pandora when they entered the party. Solution Entertainment were responsible for the conceptualization and delivery of a UV Avatar inspired Bat Mitzvah. Colourful styling, blue Avatar roving acrobats, UV interactive graffiti windows, face painting, magazine covers, photo booth, LED video dance floor and jumping slide on arrival kept guests busy and completely entertained all night!
